REACH OUT

Please feel free to email with any questions you may have. I book only through the form linked under BOOKING, and answers to many common questions are listed at Lillin-Karin.com/faq

I do my best to respond to emails ASAP, but as I am just one person responses can sometimes take some time depending on my current workload. Your patience is deeply appreciated and I look forward to helping!

client commitments

These are things you can expect from me, and if you feel they are not being met, please let me know either anonymously through your appointment feedback form, or by email - LillinKarinTattoo@gmail.com

Before each appointment, I commit to:

  • Maintain my boundaries around what work I can/choose to take on so I am fully committed & enthusiastic about the projects I am scheduled for.

  • Put meaningful labor, time, energy, thought, and research into drawings and projects.

  • Source ideas & images ethically, with regard to cultural & ideological sensibilities.

  • Communicate expectations & policies as clearly as possible, with opportunity for questions when needed.

During each appointment, I commit to:

  • Show up rested, fed, clear, and focused, and to be honest when I am not, and need more time to prepare.

  • Provide plenty of room for questions, adjustments, & thought before my client consents to their tattoos.

  • Be mindful & anticipatory of needs, and to speak up in situations where I realize it might be hard for a client to do so on their own behalf.

  • Price fairly, in a way that respects my time and energy in balance with clients’ budgets and regional norms.

  • Never push myself or a client past a healthy working point for the day.

After your appointment, I commit to:

  • Advocate for clients (my own and other tattooers’), even when they are not around.

  • Always provide opportunity for anonymous feedback & accountability.

  • Be available for help with healing, or touch-ups as needed.

On an ongoing basis, I commit to:

  • Being proactive about forever learning more as a tattooer, communicator, and body worker.

  • The ongoing process of unlearning & investment in anti-racist, anti-colonialist practices.

  • Redistributing a rolling portion of my income, time, and labor to those who need it, in the form of - reparations, community mutual aid, and pro-bono tattoo work.
